Please note, panels have been compiled based on the most up to date information available to the Primary Allocations Section of the Department of Education and Science. Please note that any further allocation / withdrawal of posts as a result of the implementation of DEIS and / or special education allocations that may have implications for the panels will be notified to schools with registered vacancies on receipt of same.
The Diocesan Redeployment Panels are now in operation.
As a result all permanent vacancies for the 2010/11 school year(with the exception of the position of Principal) are subject to the panel from this date forward. Permanent posts commencing in this school year (2009/10) may be advertised until the 30th April 2010, but will be subject to the panel from the 1st of May onwards.
Receiving the List of Panel Teachers / Registering a Vacancy
As of Monday 15th March 2010 schools in the Dioceses of Kerry, Killaloe & Limerick are required to notify St. Senan's Education Office of any permanent vacancies (for the 2010/11 school year) within 7 days of becoming aware of the vacancy. Schools may register a vacancy by completing the Online Redeployment Panel Vacancy Registration Form. Alternatively notification may be sent to this office via email. joan@ldo.ie or post: St. Senan's Education Office, Limerick Diocesan Office, Social Service Centre, Henry Street, Limerick.
The list of panel teachers will issue to schools 3 days after receipt of same from the DES. This list will issue via email and will only be sent to schools with registered vacancies.
Panel Teachers / Accessing the List of Vacancies
Within 3 days of the receipt of the redeployment panels this office will email (or post if an email address is not provided) a username and password to all listed panel teachers (please note, it is the responsibility of individual teachers to insure that the DES are provided with correct contact details). This username & password can be used to access the list of vacancies subject to the panel held on secure pages within this site. Panel teachers should revisit these pages as they will be updated regularly. (Please see the navigation bar on the top, left-hand side of this page for links to the panel vacancies pages).
